The companies TRILO UK Ltd and MJT Contracts Ltd, were both started in the early 90's and have run successfully alongside each other. MJT originally was exporting and importing plant, agricultural machinery and associated parts. Early on, MJT brought the first TRILO Vacuum Sweeper into the U.K. for turf producer, Tony Shelford. This led to MJT becoming the sole supplier for the U.K. supplying machines from Aberdeen to Land's End. TRILO quickly became MJT's core activity, and the range is now widely recognised as the market leader. We continue to export and more recently to import Beach-Tech beach cleaners, which subsequently led to MJT becoming sole suppliers to the U.K. for Beach-Tech.
On August 1st 2005, it was decided that due to the continued expansion within the TRILO group, that the obvious thing would be to transfer all business from MJT into TRILO UK and trade as such. With TRILO USA Inc, TRILO b.v etc TRILO UK Ltd was a natural progression. Although we are very much part of the TRILO "family", TRILO UK Ltd is solely owned by Tim Merrell. Last year also saw TRILO UK help start up TRILO USA Inc alongside TRILO b.v. The TRILO group is growing from strength to strength.

Continued expansion of the U.K business, necessitated a move to larger premises outside Newmarket, giving storage space for the growing range of machines and bigger stores for the parts and servicing, necessary as the machine numbers in the UK continue to grow. This has enabled TRILO UK to provide a guaranteed next day delivery or even same day if necessary.
As we always work with top quality products and listen to our customer's requirements, we continue to innovate and move forward with the help of the design team and backup from the factory. This enables us to be the innovator not the copier! We pride ourselves in offering a first class service from the initial presentation/demonstration/sale, through to the training and the parts/service backup.
