The INFiNiCut™ is a visually striking machine and is available with an all new dual power source – Hybrid Engine/ Generator Power Module or Battery Power Module to reduce noise and improve fuel efficiency. The ergonomic, easily adjustable, handle allows for configuration to a comfortable operating position where the operator will find the controls simple to operate. The unique floating head mechanism has a ‘dynamic return*’ feature that is constantly trying to spread the weight of the treatment tool evenly, even when on steep slopes. No moving parts means no wear and less maintenance. In addition, the collection bucket is mounted on the traction unit frame to limit the weight transfer to the cassette, to give a more consistent height of cut during operation. In all, the unit is optimally balanced during operation and end of line turning.
Designed for both tees and greens the INFiNiCut™ has one of the shortest footprints of any walk behind mower on the market allowing ultra low heights of cut, on even the most undulating greens without scalping. It offers unrivalled versatility and ease of maintenance with a bed knife adjustment to a fixed position cylinder to achieve consistency and quality of cut. 7, 11 and 14 blade options are available to give a cutting height range of 1.6mm to 25mm (0.06in to 1in), all of which provide superb results in all situations.
It’s important that the “angle-of-attack” otherwise referred to as “attitude angle” is consistent throughout the full cutting height range of a particular cutting unit. INFiNiCut™ has a dual adjust, colour coded quick change feature as standard to vary the different heights of cut. This permits the unit to be used in different height of cut situations effortlessly and without cutting quality compromise.
This optional attachment to the chassis makes for the ultimate in surface hygiene – whatever operation is being carried out. The brush is driven off of the cutting unit rear roller instead of the reel, which all but eliminates direct power consumption. It is accomplished through the use of a fully sealed low friction gearbox where the act of the roller turning through normal contact with the turf is sufficient to drive the gearbox and rotate the brush. The brush is also adjustable to allow minimal contact to take place between the rear roller and the rotating brush; further limiting frictional losses, but not at the expense of either usability or quality of finish. Any reduction in frictional losses on any part of a mower will ultimately result in better fuel efficiency and less wear on components.
This option can be installed and removed in quickly. It has a fully sealed gearbox and is designed for single lever action to give simple engagement or disengagement. The Groomer contra rotates to achieve the maximum effect in alleviating grain and turf density problems.
