The need for expensive stabilization of existing soil increases year by year. The use of natural materials becomes difficult (scarcity, transport cots, environmental protection) Simultaneously, project managers impose increasingly severe restrictions. To satisfy these needs, a stabilizer must be capable of handling all kinds of soil structures (silt, clay, stony ground, sand) and able to mix them with brought in materials (chalk, cement) no matter what the site is (motorway, secondary roads, industrial hard-standing areas..)

The tractor, depending on the client's wishes - does not have to be devoted only to soil stabilization.
The RotaDairon MS is wholly designed and manufactured by DAIRON SAS. We thus, have total technical mastery of the equipment, particularly in respect of all the transmission and safety elements.
The power transmission is entirely mechanical and gives a high output and an optimum blending (no power loss caused by hydraulic transmission).
A safety system by hydraulic torque limiter (solution patented by Dairon) located on both rotor ends provides to the RotaDAiron MS stabilizer a great reliability and an impressive efficiency (no breakage of transmission parts).
Planetary reducers on both rotor ends provide to the RotaDairon MS a high torque transmission and reliability (decrease torque needs).
